Returns & Exchanges
At Monogram Coffee, we want you to love every brew. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to assist with exchanges or returns on brewing equipment and lifestyle goods within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our roasting team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue or the item you wish to return.
- 2.Verify Eligibility
Ensure that all equipment and merchandise are in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Once authorized, securely package your items and ship them back to our Calgary roastery; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After we inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit for your next coffee subscription or bag.
